My Birthday!

(Note: This happened on June 13th, my actual birthday).

My birthday was last Sunday and started out bright and early with a leadership meeting at church. Then we had church services which went very well. When I got home, it was getting very humid and a storm was on its way, but we hopped in the car for a drive. We headed out to Bucks County to a place called Bountiful Acres. We were looking at their statuary and birdbaths. They have some amazing things. We were totally caught in the rain on the way home and it was truly a deluge! Tony was a champion driver.



Bethany and her girls came over for a barbecue which was moved indoors due to the heat and humidity, which was a good call since half-way through dinner the rain started to pour again. We had dessert sitting out on the porch watching the rain come down. It was a perfect moment.
